follow many of the same car rules as Q.M.A..

drivers range in age from 5 thru 15 years of age.

children to promote quarter midget racing.

family relationships thru racing.

sportsmanship among members.
4. To help combat juvenile delinquency and fight against the
abuse of drugs and alcohol.
